Chloe is a highly skilled and experienced professional in the Supply Chain & Logistics industry, specializing in product portfolio management for over 20 years, and holds a B.Comms Degree in SCM & Logistics from Curtin University.

Throughout her career, Chloe has excelled in Mergers & Acquisitions, foreign business entity incorporation & led various projects securing GSA and JV contracts. With her strong people management & training skills, she effectively oversees P&L and drives the development of innovative product services & programs in previous roles.

Currently, Chloe serves as a Cold Chain SME at MSD leading APCJ. She spearheads various global and regional strategic projects, demonstrating a track record of successful implementations while balancing cost, quality, and operational insights.

In 2022, Chloe completed the Global MSD Richard T Clark corporate pro bon program, supporting humanitarian efforts and strengthening non-governmental organizations (NGO) capacity to enhance global health access.
