Darrel Chong

Senior global executive with over two decades of leadership experience building growth platforms, transforming supply chain ecosystems, and scaling integrated logistics businesses across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Currently leading the global Lifesciences & Healthcare vertical at PSA BDP, where I built the vertical from inception into a global enterprise growth platform. My experience spans P&L leadership, strategic M&A, digital transformation, and multi-country operational scaling across complex regulated industries. Throughout my career, I have focused on unlocking enterprise value through customer-centric supply chain design, technology integration, and ecosystem partnerships. Key achievements include securing landmark long-term enterprise logistics contracts, leading multi-country transformation strategies, and turning around underperforming operations into profitable growth businesses. Beyond industry leadership, I am actively engaged in shaping the future of supply chain and logistics through academia and industry collaboration. I serve as Adjunct Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore and contribute to industry digitalization initiatives including Singapore's national supply chain data infrastructure efforts. Darrel holds a Ph.D. from National University of Singapore & Eindhoven University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.
