Gordon Willcock

Gordon Willcock is the Director of Asia Pacific at Direct Relief, where he brings over 18 years of experience in the humanitarian aid sector. With a proven track record of effectively overseeing and managing program delivery, medical supply distribution, and grant funding across numerous countries, Gordon plays a pivotal role in advancing Direct Relief's mission of improve the lives of people in poverty or emergency situations by providing the appropriate medical resources. Having joined Direct Relief in 2010 during the Haiti earthquake emergency response, Gordon has since been instrumental in coordinating the delivery of critical medical and financial aid during major international disaster events. In his current capacity, he leads Direct Relief's operations and strategic initiatives in the Asia Pacific region, ensuring that life-saving resources reach those most in need. Gordon holds a Ph.D. in Political Sociology from the University of Melbourne and resides in Australia.
