Shawn Lim

Passionate, Curious, Positive are often the feedbacks Shawn gets from people he works with. Shawn is equipped with 20+ years’ leadership experience in end-to-end supply chain in different industries (Pharma and CPG) and in different businesses (Snacks, Hair Care, Baby Care, Home Care, Beauty care, Men grooming) with very different set-up. He keeps the same mindset of continuous improvement to better serve the patients/consumers/healthcare professionals, sustainably.

Since Jun ’21, Shawn has been holding the role of Senior Supply Chain Manager in Santen Asia (which specializes in ophthalmology and human eye health for 130 years), leading a team within Asia SCM. He leads the Asia Track and Trace program including Serialization and UDI; and Artwork Process, which includes Global Artwork Leadership and lead Asia Artwork Management.

Before Santen, Shawn spent 20 years in Procter & Gamble, led several transformation high profile projects including transferring Artworks Operations to a new country with hiring and training of 50+ employees from scratch which improved on Service/Cost with zero business impacts for the 2 years transition; and another multi-year manufacturing transfer from Europe to Asia, among other high profile projects.
