With over 15 years of experience in temperature-controlled packaging solutions, Thomas has developed deep expertise in the pharmaceutical supply chain, particularly in the distribution challenges of temperature-sensitive medicines, from industry to healthcare distributors to pharmacies. In his role as Managing Director of CAPPI, a second-generation family business based in France, Thomas is dedicated to expanding the company's international presence through its products, services, and technical expertise. His academic background includes a Master of Science in International Business, and he is currently pursuing a certificate in Global Management at INSEAD.
